Quality Wedding Merchant Scheme (QWMS) has been established in 2008 for elevating the wedding industry service level and serving as a platform for consumers to identify excellent service providers in Hong Kong. All the awardees should fulfill a prescribed set of criteria based on the assessment of Hong Kong Productivity Council, which has been appointed as an exclusive third party accessor for QWMS.
